System settings

Menu	Description
Owner	Enter personal information, such as your name and
information	the contact number.
Sleep timer	Set to turn off your player automatically after a
	specified period of time.
	Select a USB connection mode to connect your
	player to a PC.
	-- <MSC>: A PC will recognise your player as a
	removable disk. The USB connection mode is
	set to <MSC> by default.
PC	-- <MTP>: A PC will recognise your player as a
connection	media device.
		Note
		The feature may be unavailable depending
		on your region.
	Update the file library. Use this option after changing
	the contents display language (tap <Settings> →
	<Language> → <Contents>) when file names do not
Update	display correctly on your player.

		Note
		When you set the USB connection mode to
		<MTP>, <Update library> will not appear.

Menu	Description
Reset to	Restore all settings to the factory settings.

	Delete all data and files stored in your player.
		Note
Format		Remember to make backup copies of all
		important data stored in your player. The
		manufacturer’s warranty does not cover
		loss of data that results from your use of the
		player.
	View the total amount of memory, and the amount of
	memory being used and remaining.
		Note
Memory		Regarding the Built-In Memory
		1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes : actual
		formatted capacity may be less as the
		internal firmware uses a portion of the
		memory.
DivX® VOD	Check the DivX registration code for your player. See
	page 32.
Firmware	View the version of the firmware installed in your
	player.
