DO NOT USE OR LOAD THIS SOFTWARE until you have carefully read the following terms and conditions. The firmware, computer programs, device drivers, data or information (“Software”) distributed or bundled with the product is provided to you under the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement, and may be subject to additional terms and conditions in an agreement between you and SanDisk’s third party licensors. By downloading, installing or using the accompanying Software, you agree to all of the terms of this End User License Agreement between SanDisk Corporation (“SanDisk,” “we,” or “us”) and each person who downloads, installs or uses the Software (“you” or “your”).
