WATCHING HIGH DEFINITION

CONNECTING AN EXTERNAL DTV TUNER OR OTHER DIGITAL EQUIPMENT

This HDTV Monitor can display a high definition signal with maximum picture resolution of 1080i. For the sharpest and clearest picture possible, connect an external DTV tuner to the component input jacks.

This HDTV Monitor will auto detect digital signals (1080i, 480i, 480p). This eliminates possible problems caused by changing channels and encountering different formats.

An external DTV Tuner can be: DIGITAL Cable Box, DIGITAL Satellite Receiver, or DIGITAL Set-top Box.

Switch off HDTV Monitor and external equipment before connecting cables. (Cables are not supplied.)

Connect a DTV Tuner or other digital equipment’s Component Video Out to the TV Component Video In (Y-Pb-Pr) Jacks.

Connect the DTV Tuner’s Audio Out to the HDTV Monitor Component Audio In L/R Jacks.

Press POWER to turn on the HDTV Monitor. Turn on external equipment also.

Press the INPUT key to select COMPONENT3.
