CONNECTING A SATELLITE SYSTEM, VCR, AND ANTENNA TO THE TV FOR PIP OPERATIONCables are not supplied.

Connect an antenna signal to the TV 75

(ohm) terminal.

Connect Satellite S-Video Out to TV S-Video In jack. Using the S-Video In jack overrides the Video Input jack. Connect the Satellite Audio Out (R/L) jacks to TV Audio Input (R/L) Jack (AV1) jacks.

Connect the VCR Audio/Video out jacks to the TV Audio/Video AV2 In jacks.

Connect RF cable from the Satellite Receiver “Out to TV” to the VCR “In from ant.”

Press the POWER key to turn on the TV. Turn on external equipment.

TO USE PIP:

1.Press the PIP ON/OFF key.

2.Press the SELECT key to activate (highlight) the PIP window.

3.Press the INPUT key to select the input signal source for the PIP window (AV1 [Satellite], AV2 [VCR], or antenna).

4.Refer to page 16 to operate PIP, if needed.

Notes: – PIP feature will not function with just the satellite system, you must connect another signal source such as a cable system or antenna to the TV 75 ohms jack or AV jacks.

– This connection allows you to use your VCR to record a signal from the Satellite Receiver.
