Note:

When the operation is started in high ambient temperature, the filter lamp is sometimes flashed. In this case, the lamp is off automatically when the chamber temperature is getting lower.

The freezer resumes the operation after power failure with the temperature setting before power failure as the chamber temperature setting and alarm temperature setting are memorized in the nonvolatile memory.

The battery for power failure alarm is an article for consumption. It is recommended that the battery will be replaced about every 3 years. Contact Sanyo sales representative or agent at the time of replacement of the battery for recycling.

Fan motors are expendable supplies. Replace them for about every 6 years. Contact Sanyo sales representative or agent at the time of replacement of the fan motor.

The chamber temperature is displayed for 5 seconds by pressing alarm buzzer stop key (BUZZER) during power failure alarm. The alarm lamp keeps flashing.

Sanyo is a renowned brand in the field of refrigeration and climate control solutions, and its MDF series of laboratory freezers is a testament to its commitment to quality and innovation. The models MDF-U7486SC, MDF-U5486SC, MDF-U7486S, and MDF-U5486S are designed to provide optimal cold storage solutions for sensitive materials in laboratories, clinics, and research facilities.

The MDF-U7486SC and MDF-U5486SC models stand out with their superior temperature stability and precision. Both units feature a microprocessor control system that offers precise temperature regulation, ensuring that stored samples remain within the desired specifications. The cooling system utilizes advanced compressor technology, which enhances energy efficiency while maintaining a low noise operation, making them ideal for quiet laboratory environments.

With a storage capacity of 740 liters for the MDF-U7486SC and 540 liters for the MDF-U5486SC, these freezers provide ample space for large quantities of biological and pharmaceutical materials. The interiors are designed with adjustable shelving, allowing for flexible organization of samples and easy access.

In terms of security, these models come equipped with a comprehensive alarm system that alerts users to deviations in temperature and power failures. The built-in data logger feature records temperature changes, providing a crucial audit trail for compliance and quality assurance.

On the other hand, the MDF-U7486S and MDF-U5486S models offer similar benefits but cater to slightly different needs. The S versions emphasize energy efficiency coupled with a robust cooling performance. They are designed to minimize energy consumption while still delivering reliable cold storage solutions. With an easy-to-use control panel, users can quickly adjust settings and monitor performance, ensuring optimal operation.

All models are constructed with high-quality materials, including a durable exterior that can withstand the rigors of laboratory environments. The insulation is of premium quality, which contributes to maintaining stable internal temperatures while minimizing energy loss.

In conclusion, Sanyo's MDF-U7486SC, MDF-U5486SC, MDF-U7486S, and MDF-U5486S freezers are excellent choices for laboratories looking for reliable, efficient, and secure cold storage solutions. With advanced technologies, robust performance, and user-friendly features, these models meet the diverse needs of scientific research and medical storage while ensuring sample integrity and safety.
