Your phone (Make sure it’s fully charged)
Your Social Security number
Your driver’s license number
Your Electronic Serial Number
You’ll only need your Electronic Serial Number if
you’re calling Customer Service to set up service from
a phone other than your new phone.
The Electronic Serial Number,or ESN,is an 11-digit
number written on the barcode sticker attached to
your phone.
To find your phone’s ESN,turn the phone off and
remove the battery.After you write down the ESN,
replace the battery and turn your phone back on by
pressing the key.
