WARRANTY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AT
RETAIL OF THIS PRODUCT. THIS LIMITED WAR-
RANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
SchumacherElectricCorporationwarrantsthisbattery
chargerfor1yearfromdateofpurchaseatretailagainst
defectivematerialorworkmanship.Ifsuchshouldoccur,
the unit will be repaired or replaced at the option of the
manufacturer.Itistheobligationofthepurchaserto
forward the unit together with proof of purchase, trans-
portationand/ormailingchargesprepaidtothemanu-
factureror its authorized representative.Thislimited
warrantyisvoidiftheproductismisused,subjectedto
careless handling, or repaired by anyone other than the
factoryorotherauthorizedfactoryrepresentative.The
manufacturermakesnowarrantyotherthanthislimited
warrantyandexpresslyexcludesanyimpliedwarranty
includinganywarrantyforconsequentialdamages.
This is the only express limited warranty and the
manufacturerneitherassumesnorauthorizesanyone
toassumeormakeanyotherobligationtowardsthe
productotherthanthisexpresslimitedwarranty.The
manufacturer makes no warranty of merchantability
or tness for purpose of this product and expressly
excludessuchfromthislimitedwarranty.Somestates
donotallowtheexclusionorlimitationofincidentalor
consequentialdamagesorlengthofimpliedwarranty
sotheabovelimitationsorexclusionsmaynotapply
toyou.“Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,
