The Seagate Technical Support Bulletin Board System (BBS) is accessible by modem 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The communications software must be set for eight data bits, no parity, and one stop bit (8N1). These BBS numbers operate at 9600 baud max. With this service you can access:
