CLEANING THE TURBO BRUS H
1 Slide the locking latch (a) forward and gently t ilt
brush housing upward to open. (Fig. 29)
IMPORTANT: DO NOT force; it will not open all
the way.
2 Car efully remove any blockage or de bris.
3 Turn the turbo brush over to inspect the rotating
brush and cut away any build-up of hair or strin g
wrapped around the rotating bristle b rush with
scissors. (Fig. 30)
4 Push the housing back down and slide the locking
latch backward to lock.
CLEANING THE MOTORIZED F LOOR BRUSH
When your motorized floor brush needs c leaning or
locks onto an object, it automatic ally shuts down to
prevent damage to your lifetime belt. The ind icator
light will illuminate red warning you to turn off t he
vacuum and clear blockage immediately. The lig ht will
reset itself once blockage has been c leared and power
has been cycled on/off or vacuum has b een locked in
the upright position.
1 Detach the motorized floor brush from t he
detachable canister.
2 Inspect the opening underneath and the rotating
brush. If a build-up of debris is present, r emove it.
Carefully cut anything wound around th e rotating
brush with scissors. Avoid damaging or cu tting
the bristles. (Fig. 31)
