CHECK PAPER SIZE

The paper size setting is incorrect. Change the paper

 

size setting as explained on page 20.

 

 

COVER OPEN

The print compartment cover. Close it.

 

 

DOCUMENT JAMMED

The original document is jammed. See the following

 

section, Clearing Paper Jams.

 

 

FAX RX IN MEMORY

A fax has been received in memory because the

 

imaging film needs replacement, you have run out of

 

printing paper, or the paper is jammed. After you fix

 

the problem, press the START key to print out the fax.

 

 

FILM END

The imaging film may need replacement. Check the

 

film and replace if necessary.

 

 

FUNCTION MODE

The FUNCTION key has been pressed.

 

 

HOLD

The HOLD/SEARCH key has been pressed to put the

 

other party on hold during a phone conversation.

 

Press the HOLD/SEARCH key again to take the

 

other party off hold, or simpley lift the handset if was

 

placed on the cradle after initially pressing the HOLD/

 

SEARCH key.

 

 

LCR DOWNLOADING

The fax machine has called OpenLCR and is

 

receiving carrier rate data. This message only

 

appears if you have registered with OpenLCR.

 

 

DOWNLOAD ERROR

The fax machine was unable to download rate data

 

from OpenLCR. Try downloading the data manually

 

as explained in Downloading (receiving) the rate data

 

manually on page 35.
