“MUTE” will flicker.

To resume the previous sound level, press it again.

To listen with the headphones.

PHONES

Ensure that the SPEAKER switch is set to off. If headphones are plugged-in and the SPEAKER switch is set to off when listening to Dolby Digital(AC-3) program sources, the program automatically enters the 2-CH Downmix mode. (For details, refer to “Downmixing into 2 front channels”on page 17.)
