1.Extraiga la cubierta del limpiador de aire aflojando los dos tornillos de mano.

2.Inspeccione el elemento del filtro de aire. Si el elemento esta dañado o deformado remplácelo por uno nuevo.

3.Limpie el prefiltro con agua y jabón. Déjelo secar antes de volver a instalarlo.

4.Revise el elemento del limpiador de aire. Si está deformado o dañado, reem- plácelo por uno nuevo.

5.Golpee al filtro suavemente sobre una superficie dura para sacar la suciedad del elemento o use aire comprimido desde el interior para soplar la sucie- dad hacia afuera del elemento del fil- tro de aire.

Mantenimiento cada 10/15 horas

Retire y limpie la bujía.

6.Instale el elemento del filtro, prefiltro y cubierta en el orden inverso en que los sacó.

¡IMPORTANTE!

Dirija la corriente de aire sólo hacia la cara interior del filtro.

Nunca opere el soplador si el limpia- dor de aire está dañado o falta.

Limpie y vuelva a calibrar la bujía. Con- sulte la sección “Especificaciones” para la correcta separación del electrodo de la bujía.

Antes de retirar la bujía, limpie alred- edor de la misma para evitar que entre polvo o suciedad a las partes internas del motor.

Cada 50 horas de operación (más frecuentemente bajo condiciones sucias o polvorientas):

ŶRetire y limpie la tapa del cilindro y limpie la maleza y la suciedad en las ale- tas del cilindro

Retire y reemplace el elemento del filtro.

ŶAntes de reinstalar el filtro, inspec- cione la condición de todo los com- ponentes del sistema de combustible (manguera de alimentacion, manguera del ventilador, ventilador, tapa y tanque).

Si descubre daños, quebraduras o deteriorización, retire la unidad de operación hasta que pueda ser inspec- cionada o reparada por un técnico de servicio entrenado por Shindaiwa.
