Step-by-Step

Send a text message

cPress the Talk key.

Call the system menu.

> < [Select and confirm the menu item.

o Enter the phone number for the required internal user.

oEnter the required text message.

Typing errors cannot be corrected.

Press the Display key.

aPress the On-hook key to end the process.

Opening an incoming text message

JWhen your handset receives a text message, an adviso-

ry tone sounds and an advisory text is displayed. The

"Message List" icon is displayed.

The date and time of incoming text messages are

based on the handset’s internal clock. This should be

adjusted if necessary (Æpage23).

?Press the "message list" key.

Call the additional menu.

aPress the On-hook key to end the process.
