Connecting the Gigaset SE551 WLAN dsl/cable

Before starting to connect PCs to your Gigaset SE551 WLAN dsl/cable make sure that

ua wired or wireless Network adapter is connected to the PC. Please read the operat- ing instructions that came with the adapter. The latest PCs and Notebooks have wired adapters built in at the factory.

uConnectionPoint has been entered as SSID on the network adapter.

ìConnect the socket on the back of the router marked DSL and your DSL or cable modem with an Ethernet cable.

Use a category 5 Ethernet cable with RJ-45 jacks on both ends for all connections.
