CONEXIÓN PARA TANQUE

PRE-CARGADO(FIGURAS 4 Y 5)

1.Instale dos “T”s en el puerto de descarga de la bomba (Vea la figura 4). El tamaño de la bomba debe de ser por lo menos tan grande como el puerto de descarga.

NOTA: Un sistema de bomba sobre tanque con la plomería preparada solamente requiere un Te.

2.Instale un tubo o una manguera reforzada desde un brazo de la primera “T” al puerto en el tanque pre-cargado.

3.Conecte el otro Te de descarga a su sistema de plomería.

4.Verifique la pre-carga de aire en el tanque con un medidor ordinario de aire para neumáticos. Su nueva bomba tiene un interruptor de 30/50 PSI, por lo tanto ajuste la presión de pre-carga del tanque a 28 PSI. La pre-carga se mide cuando no haya presión de agua en el tanque. La pre- carga debe ser de 2 PSI menos que el ajuste de cierre del interruptor de presión de la bomba.

Cómo sellar las juntas de tubería

Use solamente cinta de teflón para hacer todas las conexiones roscadas a la bomba. No use com- puestos para unir tuberías en plástico ya que pueden reaccionar con el plástico. Asegúrese de que todas las juntas de tubería en la tubería de aspiración sean estancas al aire e impermeables.

Si la tubería de aspiración aspira aire, la bomba no podrá extraer agua del pozo.
