2)Use extra deep sockets in place of extension bars where possible.
3)Do not use oversized, worn or cracked sockets.
4)Hold the wrench so the socket fits squarely on the fastener. Hold the wrench firmly, but not too tightly, pressing forward slightly.
Dismantling & Assembly Instructions
Disconnect tool from air supply.
Unscrew hammer case cap screws (38) and take off hammer case (36). Take out hammer case pilot (35) and anvil (39, 39B or 39C) from hammer case (36). Release hammer (34) by removing hammer pin (33), then take off hammer frame rear washer (19) and motor clamp washer (31).
Grip or support housing (1) and shake up and down to allow cylinder
(24)to fall free. Take off front end plate (28), cylinder dowel (25), cylinder (24) and 6 rotor blades (27) in order. Unscrew rear rotor bearing retainer (23) and take out rotor (20).
Grip motor housing (1) and tap out trigger pin (9) by using a 3.5 mm suitable pin. Remove reverse valve knob screw (16) to take off reverse valve knob (15) and drive reverse valve (12) from reverse valve bushing (10). Be careful not to loose reverse valve detent ball (13). Turn air inlet bushing (6) and pull out valve spring (4), throttle valve bushing (2) and throttle valve stem (5).
Reassembly
Clean all parts and examine for wear, etc., and replace any parts excessively worn with only parts obtained from the manufacturer or an approved distributor. Lightly coat all parts in a suitable pneumatic tool lubricating oil and pack bearings and gears with a lithium or molybdenum based general purpose grease and reassemble in the reverse order.
