Ignition Switch (Electric Start Models)
The ignition switch starts and stops the engine, it has three positions:
OFF
RUN
START
NOTE: Never leave the ignition switch in the run position with the engine
Cutting Height Adjustment Handles
The cutting height adjustment handles control the mower deck cutting height. To raise the mower deck cutting height crank the cutting height adjustment handles clockwise. To lower the mower deck cutting height, crank the cutting height adjustment handles
Fuel Tank Cap
To remove the cap, turn counterclockwise.

| Reproduction |
Close the choke for cold starting. Open the choke once the engine starts. A warm engine may not require choking. Pull the knob UP to close the choke. Push the knob DOWN to open the choke.
FAST | Speeds up the engine speed. |
