Problems using CableCARD or

CableCARD services

Check that the CableCARD is inserted properly (see page 22).

The CableCARD must be activated by your cable TV service provider before you can receive selected digital cable TV services. See the CableCARD activation instructions on page 26.

Check the CableCARD menu option (see page 26). This can be useful in providing information to an authorized cable TV service technician or repair person.

Contact your cable TV service provider.
