CConnecting to a Dolby Surround (Pro Logic) decoder amplifier (receiver) and 3 to 6 speakers
This connection will allow you to enjoy the surround effects of the Pro Logic decoder on your amplifier (receiver). If you have an AV amplifier (receiver) equipped with a Dolby Digital, MPEG audio, or DTS decoder, refer to page 24.
You can enjoy the Dolby Surround effects only when playing Dolby Surround audio or multi- channel audio (Dolby Digital) discs.
Pro Logic uses a minimum of 3 speakers (front L and R, and rear (monaural)). The surround effects are enhanced if 6 speakers (front L and R, centre, rear L and R, and subwoofer) are used. If your amplifier (receiver) has R and L audio input jacks only, use
