1 SETTING UP
2 Open the printer cover by gently pulling it towards you
3 Remove the shipping tape q and the protective piece w

You may be printing on the wrong side of the paper
The nozzles on the BJ cartridge print head may be clogged
The BJ cartridge print head may be empty or damaged
