Trouble accessing the Internet
The message “...Incomplete” or “Authentication Error...” is indicated and the camcorder cannot access the Internet.
cCheck your setup according to the procedure described in “Setting network preferences” on page 22.
The camcorder cannot access the Internet.
cTry to access it again after a while.
The message “Line is Busy or Phone number may be Wrong” is indicated and the camcorder cannot access the Internet.
cThe phone line of your provider is busy. Call again after a while.
cThe settings for the telephone number may be incorrect. Please check those settings.
cThe telephone signalling type setup of the Modem Adaptor with Bluetooth function may be wrong. Check the setup.
The message “Bluetooth Connection Error” is indicated and the camcorder cannot access the Internet.
cCheck that the Bluetooth device is turned on.
cInstall the Bluetooth device nearer to the camcorder.
The message “Phone Line Disconnected” is indicated when making an entry in the online registration procedure.
cData entry can be done offline. When the camcorder needs to connect with the site, the screen for verifying the connection appears. Select [OK], then press the centre z on the control button, the connection will be established again.
The message “Bluetooth Authentication Error Check the Certified Status” is indicated and the camcorder cannot access the Internet.
cThe Bluetooth device may be deleted from the registration. Set it up again.
The message “Low Battery” is indicated and the camcorder cannot access the Internet.
cCharge the battery pack or use the AC power adaptor, then connect again.
Trouble with e-mail
The message “DNS Error The Requested URL Could Not Found” is indicated and the camcorder cannot send or receive
cThe DNS setup may be wrong. Check the PPP setup.
The camcorder cannot send
cThe clock of the camcorder is not set. Set up the clock.
cCheck your setup according to the procedure described in “Setting network preferences” on page 22.
cConnect again after a while.
