When I double-click an application icon a message such as 'You must insert the application CD into your CD- ROM drive' appears and the software does not start.
❑Some titles require specific files that are located on the application CD-ROM. Insert the disc and try starting the program again.
❑Make sure you place the disc in the tray with the label side facing up.The disc tray does not eject even when the eject button is pressed❑Check that the notebook is turned on.❑The CD-writing application software may be stopping the disc from being ejected.
The disc tray ejects even when it has been locked into place❑Ensure that the disc is placed with the label side facing up.❑The disc may be scratched. Place another disc to see if that is the reason.❑There may be condensation in the drive. Remove the disc and leave the drive open for approximately one hour.
