A.Download the latest software from: http://www.sony.com/videoconference

Use a memory stick (128 MB or greater) to upgrade the system or use remote upgrade software on a PC.

Refer to the release notes for a list of new features and program improvements.

Q.What size of memory stick is required for software upgrades?

A.128 MB or greater.
