Adding / replacing a memory module | |||

1Shut down the computer, unplug it, and remove any peripheral devices.
2Wait for the computer to cool down, then open the unit as described in Opening the unit (page 48).
3Gently place the unit on its side.
4To remove an existing memory module, release the end latches and gently lift out the module, as shown (may vary from actual configuration).
