Customer registration

If you do not fill in the customer registration directly after installing the Palm™ Desktop for CLIÉ software, follow the instructions in this section to complete the registration.

To register your CLIÉ handheld, proceed as follows:

1 Double-click the Sony CLIÉ Registration icon on the Windows®

desktop or click Start on the task bar, point to Programs (All Programs in Windows® XP), Sony Handheld and click Sony

CLIÉ Registration.

The Sony CLIÉ Registration screen appears.

2 Depending on your language, click on the link that will redirect you to the registration page: http://www.sony-europe.com/clieplaza/ registration

Your computer connects to the Internet, and the Web page for user registration is displayed:

•English customers will be redirected to the following link: https://registration.sonystyle-europe.com/clieplaza/clieplaza.asp

•German customers will be redirected to the following link: https://registration.sonystyle-europe.com/clieplaza/de/clieplaza.asp

•French customers will be redirected to the following link: https://registration.sonystyle-europe.com/clieplaza/fr/clieplaza.asp

3 Follow the on-screen instructions.
