To exit the setting menu, press SETUP button.

If you have set “IR control” to “On” at step 5 ( page 41), turn on your satellite set top box and confirm its channels are selected by the number buttons or CH/Page buttons of the recorder’s remote control. If not, shift the G-LINK™ wand of the G-LINK™ cable or try another brand code.

“C: Satellite set top box setting” is complete. Go to “D: Output sound setting” ( page 44).

Notes

This setting will be reset to default if you redo the TV Guide On Screen™ setup and select “Yes” at the cable selection (step

5, page 34).

The recorder can control satellite set top box of 3 digit channel selection only. If the channel control does not work properly,

set “IR control” to “Off” at step 5 on page 41.
