Updating a Driver

To update the driver

1Click Start and then Control Panel.

2Click Printers and Other Hardware.

3Click the device you want to revert.

4On the Hardware tab, click Properties.

5On the Driver tab, click Update Driver.

6Follow the on-screen instructions. You can have Windows search for the driver, or point to the driver's location yourself.

Or:

1Click Start and then My Computer.

2Click View system information on the left of the window.

3Click the Hardware tab, then click Device Manager.

4Double-click the option corresponding to the device you installed, then double-click your device. The Properties window appears.

5Click the Driver tab.

6Click Update driver. The driver is updated.

To install your device driver, you must log on to your computer as a user with administrator rights.
