This mode allows you to record videos onto
a disc from a camera connected to the
DVDirect or memory card inserted into the
slot with a single touch of the (record)
button. This is one of the simpler copy
modes, eliminating the need to select
videos.
Initially, turn on the DVDirect (page 29),
insert a disc (page 30) and connect cables
for recording (pages 31).
bNote
See “Notes on copying on discs” on page 25
previously.
1Confirm the message in the
display window.
When the DVDirect detects signals
from a camera connected to the USB
port or memory card inserted into the
slot, [USB] or the type of memory card
appears in the top left of the display
window.
The following appears in the display
window when a camcorder is connected
to the USB port.
2Make sure that [Full] appears at
the top right of the display
window, and press the
(record) button to start recording.
The DVDirect starts the recording
process. The (record) button lights
up during recording. The following
appears in the display window.
