Notes on the H.A.T.S. function•Because of the characteristics of the H.A.T.S. function, a slight time lag may be introduced between when a playback component (e.g., this player) starts playback and when sound is output from an amplifier. Likewise, even if a playback component (e.g., this player) has stopped playback, sound may still be output from an amplifier for a while. The duration of this time lag may be different for CD and Super Audio CD sources.
•The H.A.T.S. function works only with H.A.T.S.- compliant components.
