Calendar settings

•New Appointment – add a new appointment.

•Change Date – go to another date in the calendar.

•Advanced – find an appointment, set reminders or select a start day for the week.

•Delete – delete old or all appointments.

•Help – for more information.

If Chinese is selected as the phone language, an additional option appears, Lunar calendar.

Exchanging appointments Exchange appointments using a transfer method. You can also synchronize appointments with a computer % 69 Synchronizing.

To send an appointment

Select an appointment in the list for a certain day } More } Send and select a transfer method.

Tasks

Add new tasks or use existing tasks as templates. You can also set reminders for tasks.

The maximum depends on the memory available, as set in software.
