5. Remove packaging materials from handle assemblies (17 and 3).

Remove screws on both sides of tube.
6. Slide upper tube (17) onto handle assembly (3). Reinsert screws removed in previous step as shown.
NOTE:
Rotate upper tube to line up screw holes. Reinsert screws removed in previous step as shown.
