Changing the BacklightTime Length

The backlight setting lets you select how long the display screen and keypad are backlit after any key press is made.

TochangetheMainLCDorSubLCDbacklightsetting:

1.Press to access the main menu.

2.Select Settings.

3.Select Display ( ABC ).

4.Select Backlight.

5.Select MainLCD or SubLCD.

6.Select AlwaysOn, AlwaysOff, or your defined time length.

Note:The Always On setting returns to the previous value the next time you turn on the phone.

TochangetheKeypadbacklightsetting:

1.Select Key during step 5 above.

2.Select AlwaysOff or your defined time length.

Note: Long backlight settings affect the battery’s talk and standby times.
