If a word you want to enter does not display as an option when you are using T9 Text Input, you can add it to the database.

ToaddawordtotheT9TextInputdatabase:

1.Select the AddWord mode. (See “Selecting a Character Input Mode”on page 43.)

2.Enter the word using multi-tap (Alphabet) text entry and press Save (left softkey).

1.Press to access the main menu.

2.Select Settings.

3.Select Others ( WXYZ ).

4.Select TextEntry.

5.Select AddWord.

6.Enter the word using multi-tap (Alphabet) text entry and press Save (left softkey).

Toeditorerasethewordsyouhaveadded:

1.Follow steps 1-4 above.

2.Select MyWords.

3.Select your desired word and press Options (right softkey).

4.To select an option, highlight it and press .

■Edit to edit a word in My Words.

■Erase to erase a word in My Words.
