Erasing All Downloads

You can use your phone’s security menu to erase all items you have downloaded to your phone.

Toerasealldownloads:

1.From the Security Menu, select EraseDownload ( GHI ).

2.Press OK (left softkey) to continue.

3.If you are certain that you would like to erase all items downloaded to your phone, select Yes.

■If you have assigned downloaded data, the function returns to its default setting.

ResettingYour Pictures Account

This option resets your authentication ID for your Sprint PCS Picture Mail account.

Toresetyourpicturesaccount:

1.From the Security Menu, select ResetPictures ( JKL ).

2.Press OK (left softkey) to continue.

3.If you are certain that you would like to reset your pictures account, select Yes.

After resetting, you are prompted to reenter the password when you use Online Pictures.

Note:Your accountwill be locked if you enter wrong password 10 times after resetting your acount. In this case, please contactSprintCustomer Service.
