SAUCE AUX POMMES FRAÎCHES

1/4 tasse (60 ml) de liquide (jus de fruit ou eau) 1/4 tasse (60 ml) de sucre

4 pommes, coupées en 8, pelées au besoin Pincée de cannelle

Placer le liquide et 4 ou 5 morceaux de pomme dans le contenant mélangeur Sunbeam. Couvrir et mettre en marche à MÉLANGER (ON) jusqu’à consistance lisse. Augmenter la vitesse à FRAPPÉ (ON) et avec le moteur en marche, retirer le couvercle alimenteur et ajouter le reste des pommes, quelques morceaux à la fois. Ajouter le sucre et la cannelle.

DONNE ENVIRON 2 TASSES (500 ML)

TREMPETTE GUACAMOLE

3 c. à table (45 ml) jus de citron

1 c. à thé (5 ml) glutamate monosodique (facultatif)

1 tomate moyenne, en quartier

1 petit oignon, en quartier

2 à 4 piments jalapeño

1 c. à thé (5 ml) de sel

2 gros avocats mûres, coupés en morceaux

Mettre tous les ingrédients dans un contenant mélangeur Sunbeam.

Couvrir et mettre en marche à LIQUÉFIER (LIQUIFY) RÂPE-GLACE (ICE CRUSH) jusqu’à consistance lisse (si nécessaire, ARRÊTER LE MELANGEUR et utiliser une spatule en caoutchouc pour garder le mélange autour des lames de traitement). Servir avec des croustilles au maïs, craquelins ou légumes crus.
