IF YOUR PRODUCT IS UNDER WARRANTY:
1.Pack your appliance in a strong carton, pad tightly to avoid any additional damage.
2.PRINT CLEARLY the SUNBEAM shipping address listed below – ATTENTION: WARRANTY REPLACEMENT DEPT. Be sure to include YOUR NAME, ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER on both the inside of the box and on the outer carton.
3.Enclose a brief note explaining the nature of problem with your Sunbeam product. please also enclose the date of purchase, the store where purchased and your receipt. Properly folllowing the above procedure will ensure timely service.
4.Mail package PREPAID. The post office will tell you the correct amount of postage and insurance to cover you against loss in the mail.
