IMPORTANT SAFEGUARD

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
1.READ AND SAVE ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
2.To protect against risk of electrical shock, DO NOT put Blender base in water or any other liquid.
3.Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
4.Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
5.Avoid contacting moving parts.
6.DO NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfuntions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized Sunbeam Appliance Service Station for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
7.The use of attachments, including canning or ordinary jars and processing assembly parts not recommended by Sunbeam may cause a fire, electric shock or risk of injury to persons.
8Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending to prevent the possibility of severe injury to persons and/or damage to the Blender. If scraping, folding, etc. is necessary, turn off and unplug the Blender, and use a rubber spatula only.
9. Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
10.To reduce risk of injury to persons never place cutting blades on base without Blender container properly attached.
