| Lemon Sherbet |
6 oz. Frozen Lemon Concentrate | 18 oz. Whole Milk |
2 Tablespoons Sugar | 2 Drops Yellow Food Coloring (Optional) |
Pour frozen concentrate, milk and sugar into a mixing bowl. Add food coloring if desired. Stir ingredients by hand until sugar is dissolved. Follow Steps 1 – 3 in the instructions, turn machine "On" and then pour the mixed ingredients into the "Fill" opening on the top of the machine (see Steps 4 – 5).
Strawberry Sherbet
6 oz. Frozen, Unsweetened Strawberries (Puréed) | 16 oz. Whole Milk |
1/2 Cup Sugar | 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice |
Purée strawberries in a blender. Pour puréed strawberries, milk, sugar and lemon juice into a mixing bowl. Add food coloring if desired. Stir ingredients by hand until sugar is dissolved. Follow Steps 1 – 3 in the instructions, turn machine "On" and then pour the mixed ingredients into the "Fill" opening on the top of the machine (see Steps 4 – 5).
