½ cup fresh dill
½ cup fresh mint leaves
2clovesgarlic
1tablespooncapers,rinsed
1tablespoonlemonzest
¾ cup olive oil
Saltandfreshlygroundblackpepper,totaste
1.HeatoilinfrypanonSetting10.Add
chickenandcookfor6-8minutesoruntil
goldenandcooked.Setaside.

¼ cup basil leaves, shredded

2shallots,minced
2clovesgarlic,crushed
4firmwhitefishfillets

garlic in a bowl. Add fish. Cover and
refrigeratefor20minutes.
2.HeatfrypanonSetting13.Addfishand
cookfor2-3minutesoneachsideoruntil
cooked.Seasontotastewithsaltand
pepper. Serve.
