Audio Enable (JPAC1)

JPAC1 allows you to enable or disable the

onboard audio support. The default position

is on pins 1 and 2 to enable onboard audio

connections. See the table on the right for

jumper settings.

Watch Dog Enable/Disable

Watch Dog (JWD1) is a system monitor that

can reboot the system when a software a p-

plication hangs. Cl ose pins 1-2 to reset the

system if an application hangs. Cl ose pins

2-3 to generate a non-m askable interrupt

signal for the application that hangs . See the

table on the right for jumper setting s. Watch

Dog must also be enabled in the BIOS.
