4 - pin Auxiliary Power Connector

In addition to two 20-pin power con- nectors, a 4-pin 12V PWR supply is located on the motherboard to provide adequate power to the sys- tem. This power connector is used to provide power supply to hard drive disks. Refer to the layout below for the location.

Note1 : The 4-pin Auxiliary Power Connector is used for power supply output to the HDDs only.

Note 2: The black square (dot) on the power connector indicates the loca- tion of Pin 1. (See the pictures below for the power cable connections.)
