TheColdWeatherClutchenablestheenginetobestartedwithouthavingtopullthroughcold, thickenedhydraulicfluid.Simplypullthehandleoutandslideintolockedposition.Start engine,letitwarmup,andreleaseColdWeatherClutch.Afterstarting,assurethattheleverhas reengaged.
TOWING
Thisunitshouldnotbetowedonanystreet,highway,orpublicroadwithoutcheckingthe existingfederal,local,andstatelaws.Anylicensingormodificationssuchastaillights,etc., needtocomplywithexistingfederal,local,orstatevehiclerequirementsisthesole responsibilityofthepurchaser.Obeyallregulationswhentowingonpublicroadsand highways.SeealsoTOWINGSAFETY.
