CLEAR ATC (Menu point 2):

Introduction:

Selecting this menu point resets the automatic tape calibrator (button) values to the recorder's default settings.

Operation:

Press the buttons of your remote control unit in the order shown in the diagram above.

To reset the machine’s ATC settings to the standard (default) values press the button. This terminates the menu selection process.

The screen returns to the standard display.

FILTER / NO FILTER (Menu point 3):

Introduction:

When recording from an external tuner distortion may result due to inaudible frequency signals (carrier frequencies), if this tuner does not have an MPX filter.

You can eliminate these unwanted signals by switching on the MPX filter.

Note:

You do not need to switch on the MPX filter of the

CC820 M when making a recording from the tuner of the PT 820 M, since this tuner is equipped with a very high quality MPX filter.

Operation:

To switch the MPX filter on or off press the buttons of your remote control unit in the order shown in the diagram above.

The screen shows the current setting:

'FILTER'

or

'NO FILTER'.

The current setting can be altered (/ buttons).
