Models 150, 152, 162, 168 Operating Procedures

Step 4

Install the freezer door. With both hands, hold the sides

of the freezer door and insert t he baffle rod(s) into the

center of the beater assembly( ies). The white guide

bearing(s) must fit securely in the hole(s) of the drive

shaft(s). Finger-tighten the handscrews equally to

insure that the door is snug. Do not over-tighten.

Note: The freezer door is in the correct position when

the door spout is on the bottom.

Step 5

Install the draw valve(s). Slide the t wo o-rings into the

grooves on the draw valve(s) and lubricate with Taylor

Lube.
