Closing Procedure
To disassemble the units, the following items will be
needed:
STwo cleaning pails
SNecessary brushes provided with freezer
SCleaner
SSingle service towels
Draining Product From TheFreezing Cylinder
Step 1
Place the fill switch in the “OFF ” position. Place the
control switch in the “WASH” position as far ahead of
cleaning time as possible. This will allow frozen
product to soften for easier draining.

Step 2
With a pail beneath the door spout, open the draw
valve. When all of the product has been drainedfrom
the mix hopper and freezing cylinder, close the draw
valve. Make sure the control switch is in the “OFF”
position.

Rinsing
Step 1
Remove the hopper cover.
Step 2
Pour cool, clean water into the mix hopper andallow
it to flow into the freezing cylinder. With the brushes
provided, scrub the mix hopper, mix inlet hole, and m ix
probes.
