The colour intensity can only be modified when receiving D-MAC or D2 MAC channels. When the receiver has been disconnected from the power supply, the standard value is reset.

4.2.2 Sound channels

MAC channels have 8 (D2 MAC) or 16 (D MAC) sound channels which the channel issuer can use for example for the broadcasting of different languages.

The numbers 1 to 8 represent the following languages:

1: German

2: English

3: French

4: Italian

5: Spanish

6: Dutch

7: Danish

8: Swedish

 

When the selected sound channel is not occupied, the permanent television primary sound is activated.

4.2.3 MIX operation

Channel issuers have the possibility of combining two sound channels (for example the stadium noise and the comment in a football match broadcast).

The receiver automatically detects and mixes these sound channels.

MIX

Press to turn off the MIX sound mode and to listen to the main channel only (for example the comment).The

setting cannot be memorized.
