Choose this setting, if your DVD player is connected to a power amplifer with a coaxial cable or an optical cable. When playing a disc recorded with DTS and MPEG audio formats, the corresponding digital signals will be output from the Coaxial Output jack. This player’s digital output jacks are designed for a connection to a DTS or MPEG receiver or decoder.

PARENTAL CONTROL
This function limits the playback of DVDs based on the Motion Picture Association of America’s rating assigned to each movie. Parent’s can specify the ratings that require a password to view. The rating listed from low to high, KID SAF is the lowest and ADULT is the highest. To turn off this setting, use the cursor on the remote control to select the last option (Not shown in the following).
NOTE - When changing the parental lock password, use the number buttons to enter the password and press ENTER button to confirm.
PASSWORD
This option is used to change the password. User must enter the old password prior to creating a new one. The default password is 0000. Remember the new password is highly recommended.
DEFAULT
This option is used to reset all functions in this unit back to the initial status setting by the factory.
