1. PressPOWER button on the front panel to turn on
theSinging Machine
2. Press the TV/AV/DVD Function Selector button
on the machine or TV/DVD button on the remote
control until DVD mode screen displays on
screen.
3. Pressthe OPEN/CLOSE button on the system or
onthe remote control to open the disc door.
4. Place a disc into the compartment and press

systemor on the remote control to begin playing a
disc.

2. When you playback the DVD which a title menu
isrecorded, it may appear onthe screen. In this
case, use CURSOR buttons on the remote
controlto select your choice.
3. For MP3 discs, playback will begin from the first
mp3file.
4. For JPG image discs, a slide show will begin
automaticallyor if the play button is pressed.
Keepyour fingers away from the disc tray
asit is closing. Neglecting to do so may cause serious
personalinjury.
1. Pressthe STOP button on the front of the system
or on the remote control to stop the disc from
playing.A blue screen with The Singing Machine
logowill appear on the screen.

2. Press the PLAY/PAUSEbutton again to resume
playback.
1. This function is available for all discs.
2. The sound is muted during pause mode.
1. Press STOP button twice to confirm disc is not
spinning.
2. PressOPEN/CLOSE button to access the disc.
3. Removethe disc from the compartment.
4. Pressthe OPEN/CLOSE button again to close the
compartment.
Fora DVD disc: Pressing the PREVIOUS (PREV)
orthe NEXT buttonwill enable the next or
previouschapter to display.
2 For CDG/CD/MP3/JPG discs: Pressing PREV
or NEXT button will enable you to go to
theprevious or next track/file on the disc.
1. When the PRE buttonis pressed once during
normal playback of a DVD, the chapter being
playedwill be played from the beginning.
2. Input the index of the chapter or track by
pressing the NUMBER buttons during the
normal playback, the playback will go to that
chapter or track directly. But -/-- button will not
workin this function mode.
1. During normal playback of the DVD, CD or MP3,
press SCAN buttons on the remote
controlto fast reverse and fast forward.
2. Each time you press either button it will change
the playback speed. The following sequence will
appearon screen.
FWD:2X 4X 8X 20X NormalPlay (Itwill
notdisplay on screen)
REV:2X 4X 8X 20X Normal Play(It will
notdisplay on screen)
Therate and direction of playback is indicated on
thedisplay.
3. PressPLAYbutton to return to normal playback.
1. This function is not available for CDGs or JPG
discs.
2. The Singing Machine omits the subtitle and
mutes sound during fast forward or fast reverse
modeduring DVD and mp3 playback.
3. The resultant speed of the fast forward or fast
reversemay differ depending on the disc.

Press PLAY/PAUSEbutton to resume playback.

1. Pressing the STOP button again after the disc
stopsplaying will clear the location index stored
inmemory.
DVD- Playback starts from the beginning of the
currenttitle.
CDG/CD- Playback starts from the beginning of
thedisc.
2. For MP3 and JPG discs, folder view will be
displayedif the STOP button is pressed.
The SLOW button when pressed repeatedly adjusts
the speed to the desired slow motion. T
