CRONÓMETRO

Este modo proporciona a função de cronómetro. Carregue no botão MODE repetidamente até aparecer CHRONO.

Para o iniciar, carregue no botão START/STOP. O cronómetro inicia a contagem crescente do tempo, em centésimos de segundo até uma hora, a partir daí em segundos até às 24 horas. O ícone do cronómetro

w começa a piscar para indicar que o cronómetro está a funcionar.

Para parar, carregue no botão START/STOP. O ícone do cronómetro w pára para indicar que o cronómetro está parado.

Para retomar a contagem, carregue no botão START/STOP, ou para restabelecer (limpar) os valores indicados pelo cronómetro, carregue no botão SET.

Com o cronómetro em funcionamento, carregue no botão SET para tomar os valores das voltas/tempos repartidos e ver o tempo decorrido até agora. O mostrador do cronómetro permanece fixo enquanto o cronómetro continua a contar o tempo. Carregue no botão SET para retomar a apresentação do tempo contado pelo cronómetro.

O cronómetro continua a funcionar mesmo se sair deste modo. No modo Time (Hora) é apresentado o ícone do cronómetro w.

TEMPORIZADOR (TIMER)

Este modo oferece um temporizador de contagem decrescente com alerta. Carregue no botão MODE repetidamente até aparecer TIMER.

Para regular o tempo de contagem decrescente:

1)Carregue no botão SET. Os dígitos das horas começam a piscar. Carregue em START/STOP para mudar as horas; mantenha o botão carregado para percorrer os valores.

2)Carregue no botão MODE. Os dígitos dos minutos começam a piscar. Carregue em START/STOP para mudar os minutos.

3)Carregue no botão MODE. Os dígitos dos segundos começam a piscar. Carregue em START/STOP para mudar os segundos.

4)Carregue no botão SET em qualquer um dos passos quando concluir a regulação.

Para iniciar o temporizador, carregue no botão START/STOP. O tempo- rizador conta de forma decrescente, de segundo em segundo, a partir do tempo programado. O ícone da ampulheta H começa a piscar para indicar que o temporizador está a funcionar.

Para fazer uma pausa na contagem decrescente, carregue no botão START/STOP. O ícone da ampulheta H pára para indicar que o temporizador está parado.

Para retomar a contagem decrescente, carregue no botão START/STOP, ou para restabelecer a contagem decrescente, carregue no botão SET.

Quando a contagem decrescente chega ao fim (o temporizador atinge o valor zero) ouve-se um sinal sonoro e a luz nocturna pisca. Carregue em qualquer botão para silenciar. Carregue no botão SET p a ra restabelecer a contagem decrescente.

O temporizador continua a funcionar, mesmo se sair deste modo. No modo Hora é apresentado o ícone da ampulheta H.

ALARME

O relógio está equipado com um alarme diário. Carregue no botão MODE repetidamente até aparecer ALARM.

Para programar o alarme:

1)Carregue no botão SET. Os dígitos das horas começam a piscar. Carregue no botão START/STOP para regular as horas (incluindo a opção AM/PM); mantenha o botão carregado para percorrer os valores.

2)Carregue no botão MODE. Os dígitos dos minutos começam a piscar. Carregue em START/STOP para mudar os minutos.

3)Carregue no botão SET em qualquer um dos passos quando concluir a programação. Depois de programado, o alarme fica automaticamente ligado.

Para ligar ou desligar o alarme, carregue no botão START/STOP.

O ícone do despertador a aparece quando o alarme está ligado, neste modo e no modo Hora.

Quando toca o alarme, a luz nocturna começa a piscar. Carregue em qualquer botão para silenciar. Se não carregar em nenhum botão, o alarme toca durante 20 segundos.

O alarme toca diariamente, a menos que seja desligado.

FUNÇÃO LUZ NOCTURNA INDIGLO® COM NIGHT MODE®

Carregue no botão INDIGLO® para iluminar o mostrador do relógio dura n t e

3segundos. A tecnologia electroluminescente patenteada (Pat. E UA 4.527.096 e 4.775.964) usada na luz nocturna INDIGLO® ilumina o m o s t rador do relógio à noite e em condições de fraca luminosidade.

Carregue e segure o botão INDIGLO® durante 3 segundos para activar a função NIGHT-MODE® (número de patente nos Estados Unidos 4.912.688). No modo Hora é apresentado o ícone da lua P. A função faz com que car- regar em qualquer botão active a luz nocturna INDIGLO® durante 3 segundos. A função NIGHT-MODE® pode ser desactivada carregando e segurando o botão INDIGLO® novamente durante 3 segundos. Lembre-se de desactivar a função NIGHT-MODE® para prolongar ao máximo a vida da pilha.
