3.From GPS READY, select START.

REVIEWING WORKOUTS

The workout summary provides complete data about your recent workouts.

1.From the main menu, select HISTORY > STOPWATCH or INTERVALS. This displays your recent workouts from newest (top) to oldest (bottom).

2.Select the workout to review, then select

SUMMARY.

3.Use p and q to scroll through the workout data.

4.Press 8 to return to the main menu.
